I mounted a batwing fairing on my 09 Honda Shadow Spirit VT750C2 last week. I will be posting a right-up tomorrow with pics and everything about the install. Part #'s etc. It doesn't even require any modification, works great, looks great. However the factory stock shocks that I removed from my chain drive spirit measured about 12.5” or 317mm from center to center of the bushings while no weight was on the shock. The bushing center diameter for both top and bottom bolts is right around 5/8” or 16mm. Just measured em before I posted to confirm. There are two 2007 VT750 Spirits, the chain drive, twin carb VT750DC which uses the Keihin VD carbs with the L shaped bowl gaskets, and then there is the VT750C2 which is shaft drive, only has one Keihin VE series carb and a T shaped bowl gasket. 2007 was the last year for the chain drive bike and the shaft drive bike was used from 2007 on.
